Internal Brick Cleaning for Boiler Rooms and Plant Spaces
Old service spaces can contain decades of soot, grime, failed paint and general contamination. The challenge is often less about whether the brick can be cleaned and more about access, ventilation, programme constraints and containment.
Questions worth answering early
- How large is the area in square metres?
- Is the staining soot, paint, surface grime or a mixture?
- Are walls staying exposed or being recoated?
- How much working room and ventilation is available?
For the right site, laser cleaning can be useful where a lower-mess, more controlled method is preferable.
